Supervisor

About Us:

Pro Seal Solutions is a growing construction company in Sioux City, IA, seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to lead our construction operations and drive project success. This is a leadership role requiring extensive experience in construction supervision, exceptional time management, and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Position Overview:

As a Supervisor, you will oversee multiple crews and manage all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. This role demands a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage crews across various project phases.

? Oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.

? Perform general construction tasks, including spray foam insulation, batt insulation, framing, drywall, concrete lifting, demolition, and excavation.

? Monitor and develop team performance.

? Uphold Pro Seal Solutions' policies, supporting company leadership in decision-making.

Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

? 7+ years of general construction experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

? Strong understanding of the building envelope and construction trades.

? General knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing is preferred.

? Bobcat and mini-excavator experience is strongly preferred.

Skills:

? Excellent communication and leadership skills.

? Proficient in basic computer operations.

? Organized and self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:

? Valid driver's license with eligibility for Pro Seal Solutions insurance.

? Ability to drive trucks and trailers; willingness to obtain a Class B CDL (training provided).

? Capability to work in confined spaces and elevated conditions (+100 ft).

? Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours based on project needs.

? Must have own transportation for daily commutes to job sites.

Physical and Environmental Expectations:

Lifting:

Lift to 100 lbs from waist to shoulder height occasionally.

Pushing/Pulling:

Handle up to 100 lbs as needed.

Standing/Walking:

Stand, walk, or sit for 5-8 hours daily.

Climbing:

Work on ladders, scaffolds, and elevated platforms consistently.

?

Confined Spaces:

Comfortably work in tight spaces throughout the day.

Schedule:

? Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Relocation:

Must be able to relocate to Sioux City, IA, prior to starting work.
