Job Description

Fusion Ranch Inc. is a jerky processing facility located in Scottsbluff, NE. The company produces jerky and other meat products. The work environment is fast paced, on your feet, and physical work. We offer a smoke free, drug free work place.

The Production Supervisor must perform all duties in compliance with Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI), USDA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), SSOP and safety regulations).

Monday through Friday, dayshift or nightshift potential and some weekends.

Some of the duties include:

Will work as a working Supervisor alongside production personnel. Ensure safety, quality and efficiency goals are met Assist plant management to increase production output and efficiencies. Control loss to minimize / eliminate downtime and improve product yield. Maintain production standards while adhering to Fusion Ranch's Quality Policy and Objectives. Ensure food security regarding the manufacturing, handling and storage of all food ingredients and finished goods. Coordinate training and labor management Responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned department.

A qualified candidate must:

Previous BRC/HACCP/SSOP experience preferred 5+ years manufacturing/management experience Self-motivated with proven leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pass drug test and E-verify (I9) Able to lift up to 50 lbs Prior experience in food environment a plus
