to help lead our team and keep daily operations running seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and a high-quality customer experience Oversee and support team members during shifts Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cash handling Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the site Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs Lead by example with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (car wash experience a plus, but not required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Dependability and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
