Job Summary
We are a well established paving and concrete company seeking an experienced Supervisor / Project Manager / Site Contractor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, manage site teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining a focus on efficiency, cost control, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Duties
Oversee all phases of paving, concrete, excavation and utility projects Coordinate jobsite activities, equipment, schedules and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget Read and interpret plans and project documents Conduct quality control checks and trouble shoot issues onsite Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors and internal teams Track progress and materials Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Knowledge of safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $71,478.61 per year
