Why does the job exist?



The Program Management Supervisor will:



Manage the management of the Income Support Division (ISD) Systems Bureau of staff managing the Technical Aspects of CCSC;



Manage Research Operations Analysts with the Help Desk within the Automated System Program and Eligibility Network (ASPEN) Operations Bureau for Enhancements and/or Maintenance and operations.



How does it get done?



The Program Management Supervisor is responsible for:



Supervising ISD Systems Bureau office staff, monitoring work productivity, ensuring compliance with federal laws, state laws, and HCA policies and procedures;



Project management for the multiple and various projects for the Systems Bureau, manage a workforce management team that is responsible for data and technical aspects of CCSC, Oversight of various Vendor contracts, Help Desk Activities, Maintenance and Operations, User Acceptance Testing;



Coordinating with cross discipline teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track;



Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget;



Providing support to ASPEN Deputy Bureau Chiefs and Staff Managers concerning program policies and HR issues;



Assisting the team to identify potential areas of improvement and promote activities to support the necessary changes.

Minimum Qualification



Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling ten (10) years may substitute for the required education and experience

Employment Requirements



Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License.

Working Conditions



Office setting, exposure to Visual/Video Display terminal (VDT) and extensive computer and telephone usage. Some travel will be required.
