Supervisor, Production

This position reports directly to the General Manager, Aurora Phos Operations.

This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A. and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant, maintenance, and administrative areas. The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the Cincinnati Plant. The Production Supervisor plans production goals that are achieved consistent with safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards. The Plant Manager is responsible for the quality control of all production and for all budgetary activities. This position also performs other duties as assigned.

• Develops and implements production procedures and systems consistent with safety, quality, cost and environmental standards
• Manages daily production operations, general and routine plant functions
• Assist in production goals
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and product
• Prepare internal and external administrative reports as assigned
• Perform personnel administration functions

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years experience as a Shift Foreman.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Incumbent should be proficient in written and verbal communication, in planning work, organizing people, delegating responsibilities, and the ability to motivate and train people
• Competent rating on performance reviews
