Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises front desk personnel. Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; appraise performance; resolving problems; interviewing and training new and existing staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership guidance to non-clinical colleagues, and support to maintain high levels of
patient care. Lead the orientation and training of new PSRs, ensuring they are familiar with care center
protocols and procedures. Manage supply inventory by monitoring and maintaining stock levels of supplies, place orders as
needed and ensure proper organization of inventory to support operations and avoid shortages. Coordinate the scheduling of non-clinical staff to ensure adequate coverage for care center
operations and patient flow. Review and modify physician patient schedules to resolve conflicts and ensure efficient patient
flow, while making changes to improve workflow. Develop and manage non-clinical staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across shifts.
Adjust staffing based on patient volume and care center needs. Lead the orientation and training for new non-clinical staff, ensuring that colleagues are
knowledgeable about protocols, procedures, and best practices. Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of the team.
Review and evaluate non-clinical colleagues, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for
professional growth. Implement professional strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness Partners with management to actively support recruiting efforts.
Lead weekly team huddles and co-lead quarterly staff meetings with manager.
Serve as a pivotal leader within a three-tier management structure, driving alignment and operational excellence across all levels.
