Overview: Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services. Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned. The supervisor may service one or more hospital facilities. Qualifications:
Education
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Associate's Degree or Bachelor's from a recognized college or university is PreferredWork Experience
3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Required 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS Preferred 2 years of supervisory experience PreferredLicenses and Certifications
None RequiredAdditional Licenses and Certifications
Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association, or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative PreferredBusiness Unit : Name: Piedmont Healthcare
