Summary:





This position is accountable for supervising and coordinating Maintenance Department personnel and activities to provide timely and effective maintenance and repair of all Hospital physical facilities, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical equipment and wiring, woodwork, furniture, equipment and grounds under the direction of the Director of Engineering & Maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:


High School graduation or equivalent plus technical school training or equivalent experience in Heating, Air Conditioning and ventilation. Requires knowledge of medium voltage electricity, controls, etc. Experience in supervision and knowledge of the relevant NFPA codes and the Life Safety and Environment of Care expectations and requirements of The Joint Commission is highly desired.
