Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 10:30am-7:00pm

As a Supervisor of Dining Operations, you'll guide our dining attendants in delivering a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality experience for residents and guests. Working closely with the Manager of Culinary Services, you'll ensure smooth operations, lead with warmth and professionalism, and set a high standard for hospitality and service across every meal.



As a Supervisor of Dining Operations, you will:


Lead & Support Servers - Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and scheduling for the Server team. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching to build a strong, engaged team that reflects Vivie's hospitality values. Ensure Exceptional Resident & Guest Experience - Create a welcoming dining atmosphere by overseeing customer service from greeting to table clearing. Step in during busy meal times to ensure prompt and courteous service, and quickly resolve any service issues that arise. Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness - Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of dining rooms and adjacent kitchen areas. Ensure all pre- and post-service duties are executed to standard, and that dining spaces remain safe, pleasant, and well-organized. Serve as a Communication Bridge - Act as the liaison between kitchen staff and servers to support smooth food service operations. Communicate dietary changes, menu details, and resident feedback to ensure alignment across teams. This job also requires:


High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or senior dining/healthcare food service. Ability to pass state mandated background checks. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
