We are looking for a

Maintenance Supervisor

to join our team at our

Scottsdale Villa Mirage in Scottsdale, AZ.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating the daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by our skilled Maintenance Technicians.

What will I be doing?

Direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians and Grounds persons. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Coordinate the maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to build a safe and welcoming environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences. Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve their full potential. Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for maintenance operations. Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions. Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for:

High School Diploma. 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Technical diploma. 5-7 years of building and/or property maintenance. 2+ years of management or supervisor
