The Supervisor Laboratory role is a leadership position responsible for operational management of the clinical laboratory.
Responsible for direct leadership of technical associates and may include pre-analytic supervision as determined by site.
Performs all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory.
Provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to testing and clinical relevance.
Functions in a self-directed manner, and exhibits effective communication and advanced problem solving skills.
What You Bring/Job Requirements:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

3 years of MLS, MT, or MLT work experience in the clinical laboratory required.
Bachelor\'s degree in Biological Science or Equivalent required
MLS with ASCP certification, or MT/MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, or specialty ASCP
certification in the assigned department.
Blood Bank Experience preferred.

Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to
10lbs frequently)

Pay Range:

$35.85 - $58.72 / hour
