What You'll Do

Lead and motivate your team to success

Oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality service
o
Manage supplies, inventory, and labor hours
o
Coach and develop team members
o
Communicate clearly with staff and clients
o
Step in to help with cleaning when needed -- you lead by example
o
Partner with your Area Manager to meet goals and keep clients happy
What We're Looking For

Reliable transportation & clean driving record
o
Strong communication and leadership skills
o
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
o
Supervisory experience preferred
o
Stable work history & great work ethic
o
Bilingual a plus!
