Lambert\'s Cable Splicing, LLC is an established utility contractor providing a variety of services to the cable television, and telecommunications industry. These services include engineering, design, installation, and maintenance for all phases of inside and outside voice, video and data networks. We are currently recruiting for Field Supervisor in our Ft. Myers, FL office.


Overview:
Lambert\'s Cable Splicing is seeking an experienced, full-time for a Field Supervisor in our Ft. Myers, FL office.. The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of pole placement, power and all aspects of telephony. . Candidate be able to pass a background check, MVR and drug screen. Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring that each job-site utilizes the construction rules, practices and policies
• Must be available for call outs
• Represents company and interfaces with customer, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
• Coordinates, leads, and provides assistance to crews, subcontractors and other interested parties
• Ensure that construction schedules are met on time.
• Ensures all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed.
• Ability to organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines while communicating effectively and professionally with all staff.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Working knowledge of the telecommunications industry standards, practices and regulations pertaining to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Must have a valid unrestricted Driver\'s License
