We are hiring a
Supervisor/Dispatcher
who can lead drivers, manage real-time Amazon operations, and help build our culture from day one. This is a

About the Role
The Supervisor/Dispatcher ensures flawless daily execution of Amazon delivery operations through:
Dispatching
Driver oversight
Amazon systems monitoring
Safety and compliance
Operational problem-solving
Fleet readiness
End-of-day execution
This role requires someone who can
think ahead
, hold people accountable, and stay calm under pressure. You are part of the command team for the DSP.
What You'll DoDispatch & Daily Operations
Launch all Amazon routes accurately and on time.
Manage 5-10 delivery routes, scaling as the DSP grows.
Monitor progress using Amazon's systems (Flex, Rabbit, Ruth, DE scorecards).
Identify issues early and solve them quickly (rescues, delays, safety alerts).
Maintain communication with Amazon station staff, dispatch, and support teams.
Driver Leadership
Coach and develop Amazon Delivery Associates.
Conduct safety briefings, route reviews, and corrective actions.
Drive a culture of reliability, professionalism, and on-road excellence.
Assist with interviews, hiring, onboarding, and Amazon-required training.
Safety & Fleet Oversight
Perform van inspections and maintain Amazon safety standards.
Coordinate with Amazon Fleet/Element for repairs and maintenance.
Track DOT, OSHA, and Amazon DSP safety metrics.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain daily logs, route reports, and Amazon compliance documentation.
Assist with schedule building, timekeeping, and performance tracking.
Support overall DSP operational planning as the business scales.
Requirements
Leadership or dispatch experience in delivery, logistics, military, warehouse, or similar fast-paced environments.
Strong command presence with the ability to hold teams accountable.
Comfortable with tablets, GPS systems, and Amazon's tech platforms.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with on-road rescues.
Valid driver's license; clean driving record.
Must pass Amazon background screening and drug test.

Compensation & Advancement
Salary: $45,000
Quarterly performance bonuses tied to Amazon metrics

5-6 days per week
