Description of Position

The Community Support Program (CSP) is now hiring for a Supervisor position in our Taunton/Attleboro office. The Community Support Program provides short-term outreach case management services to adults with psychiatric and/or substance use diagnoses. Supervisors oversee, manage and provide ongoing consultation to supervisees and their assigned cases. This position is full-time and has excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Assist with hiring, orientation and training of staff in all CSP offices Ensure delegation and completion of daily assignments Provide ongoing supervision to CSP case managers Monitor quality management, productivity and performance standards Triage crisis situations and assist in enacting crisis interventions Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including incident reporting Represent CCBC at various meetings and/or committees Develop and manage existing and new affiliations with hospitals and other inpatient facilities, including oversight of assigned CSP staff Other duties as defined by agency, program director and/or lead supervisor

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and at least one year of case management experience is required (2 years preferred). Candidates must have excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.


Knowledge of Core-Competencies as identified by the employee's assigned department; must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence and submit a copy of satisfactory record of driving from the state of residence of registry of motor vehicles, as determined by the department vice president; must complete MA and ADP Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) process; and must have computer literacy as related to the requirements of the position.
