Golden Krust Austell in Austell, GA is looking for one supervisor to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 3999 Austell Rd 1005. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and train employees
Manage daily payroll spending budget
Create and distribute employee schedules in a timely manner
Motivate staff keeping them on task and assisting when needed
Qualifications
Experience working as a supervisor
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
Ability to train and lead a team to success
Outstanding organizational skills
