Superintendent -- Sandbar Development

AZ o Full Time o $75,000-$85,000 + Performance Bonuses + Truck Allowance

We are hiring a

Superintendent

who can take ownership of field execution from groundbreaking to final walk. Someone who leads with professionalism, solves problems before they reach the client, and keeps projects moving with accuracy, urgency, and pride.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for custom home builds and luxury spec projects Coordinate with subcontractors and a project coordinator to schedule inspections and receive admin support. Uphold the Sandbar Standard -- quality, cleanliness, communication, and client experience Run weekly onsite check-ins with the operations team and provide clear project updates Maintain accurate jobsite logs, inspections, and project documentation Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to plans & specifications Work directly with clients in a professional, calm, confidence-building manner Identify and solve issues proactively -- before they impact schedule or budget Represent Sandbar as the on-site leader and brand standard

What You Bring

Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or comparable construction leadership role 1-2+ Years MIN. Solid ability to read and interpret plans Deep familiarity with residential construction, sequencing, and best-in-class building practices Ability to manage several builds at once with composure and ownership Strong communication skills -- clear, direct, dependable Experience with Buildertrend is a major plus Clean driving record

Compensation & Perks

$75,000-$85,000 base salary

depending on experience

Performance bonuses

tied to project delivery, schedule adherence, budget alignment, and client experience
