Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful completion of projects by managing operations, schedules, and on-site teams effectively.

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Oversee quality control measures to deliver high-standard multifamily projects.
• Monitor and address potential risks or challenges during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within the multifamily sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project challenges with confidence.
• Capability to use construction management software and tools efficiently (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.)
