Oversee all on-site construction activities for large commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. They coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, and address any issues to maintain smooth project progress.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
- Organize and direct subcontractors and construction resources
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements
- Check construction work for quality and alignment with plans
- Address on-site challenges to keep the project on track
