Job Description

This role involves overseeing the construction of municipal and educational projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate with city officials, and lead subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

• Supervise daily construction activities on municipal and K-12 projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including local government, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring all aspects meet project specifications and government requirements.
• Keep accurate project records, including progress reports, schedules, and any changes to the original plan

• Proven experience in managing municipal or educational construction projects with a focus on public sector requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise staff and subcontractors
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards for public projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with government officials and project teams
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation with strong attention to detail
