My client is looking to hire a super and Senior superintendent to their company based out of Washington DC!
Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients.
Oversee compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Resolve any on-site challenges efficiently to keep the project on track.

5 years as a superintendent
A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Needs to have worked on 20+ million projects, they have to be ground up
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams.
Experience in overseeing construction projects within the property industry.
Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.

Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 this will depend on experience.
