Job Description

My client is looking to hire a super and Senior superintendent to their company based out of Washington DC!

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients.
• Oversee compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site challenges efficiently to keep the project on track.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5 years as a superintendent
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Needs to have worked on 20+ million projects, they have to be ground up
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams.
• Experience in overseeing construction projects within the property industry.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 this will depend on experience.
