• Oversee and manage all aspects of K-12 construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Address any on-site issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
