Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - K-12 Construction to oversee and manage K-12 construction projects in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Oversee all aspects of K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews effectively.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to prevent overruns.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and disruptions.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project management team.

A successful Superintendent - K-12 Construction should have:
  • Proven experience managing K-12 construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines.
