Job Description

The Superintendent II - Commercial Construction will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address construction challenges.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and project records.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and project specifications.
• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure project success.
