Job Description

This role will oversee the daily operations and management of construction projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion aligns with the schedule and budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address any challenges or delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and potential issues.
  • Ensure materials and resources are available and used efficiently.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality on the construction site.

A successful Superintendent should have:
  • 5+ years of construction experience.
  • Strong background in ground-up projects; hospitality and residential a plus.
  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
