Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a growing business services team in the construction department. The role is based in Boston and offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

  • Manage daily site operations for healthcare construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site
  • Oversee quality control and ensure work meets specifications
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
  • Lead site meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support logistics and material coordination
  • Ensure timely resolution of field issues and maintain project momentum

  • Proven experience on healthcare projects (renovations and ground-up)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Background with large general contractors preferred

  • Base salary: $115K-$135K
