Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects in Western, MA. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in construction management and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Supervise and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve construction-related challenges promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site construction teams.
