Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction will oversee the successful execution of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to lead teams effectively in a construction environment.

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
