Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in educational/K-12.

  • Ensuring the timely completion of a variety of projects, including base buildings, tenant fit-outs, and building renovations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team from the project's inception to its completion.
  • Supervising labor and subcontractors
  • Coordinating activities
  • Scheduling
  • Purchasing
  • Ensuring safety
  • Maintaining quality control
  • Managing client relations.

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent.
  • Proven track record in Healthcare, Affordable Housing, Recreation, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office projects.
  • Must have managed projects in the $20-40 million range.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.
  • Must have experience handling subcontractors.
  • Responsible for running the project from start to finish.
