Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead and manage Education and Healthcare construction projects in Kansas City. This role requires expertise in overseeing project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Lead and manage all aspects of Education and Healthcare construction projects in Kansas City.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage logistics for timely delivery to job sites.
