Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent with expertise in Data Center and Healthcare construction to lead and manage projects effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

• Oversee all phases of Data Center and Healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams effectively.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure the quality of construction aligns with project specifications and company standards.

A successful Superintendent - Data Center / Healthcare should have:

• Proven experience in managing Data Center and Healthcare construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
