COMPANY OVERVIEW
Nukemed Technologies is a rapidly growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization
(CDMO) based in Indianapolis, IN, with additional locations in South Bend Indiana and Grissom,
Bunker Hill, Danbury, CT and Europe. We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/ Superintendent to join
our growing company. The Construction Foreman/ Superintendent will see projects from start to finish, ensuring the
General Contractor or Contractors are following drawings and specs, and ensuring that schedules,
budgets, are followed while working in a safe environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in
construction.
Routinely inspect the construction site and work progress to maintain compliance with contract
specifications along with company quality and safety standards.
Project support through research, interpretation, codes, conflicts, interference, and errors.
Proactive Problem Solver with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Resolving conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably.
Maintain and complete As-Builds for Architectural, Structural, and MEP, communicating to the
engineering team of the changes.
Manage Punch List Process with contractors.
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget and due dates.
Tracking contractors' manpower, hours worked.
Ordering material and equipment when needed for sites.
Meet daily with General Contractors to review daily tasks, schedule status, review lead-time items and
ensure contractors are working with the current drawings and revisions,
Communication liaison between the office, field, and the entire project team.
Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and
resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.
Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

TRAVEL
Regular travel is expected. Up to 60% travel > 50 miles from home is expected. Less than 15% of
required travel expected to require overnight stay.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as construction foreman.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Speaking skills for providing clear orders, explaining complex information to clients and construction
workers and discussing technical details with other building specialists.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Five plus year relevant work experience in the construction industry.
Hight School Diploma, Certificate in Construction, building systems, carpentry.
Professional always with General Contractors, Management, Spectron & non Spectron workers.
Experience of clean rooms, hot cells, and laboratory building
Experienced in Form Work and Concrete knowledge.
Osha 10 or 30 Certification
Experienced thoroughly on reading Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP Drawings.
Experience in Construction Software. Examples: BlueBeam, Pro Core, CAD
Pay close attention to detail
Report out daily to the Project Manager of all sites being covered from the Site Foreman.
Good physical condition and stamina.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid Indiana driver's license
Pass a Background Check.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
Available for nights, weekends and emergencies
