Job Description

This role involves leading on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. The candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and oversee all phases from groundbreaking to completion.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project schedules, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation
