Job Description

The Superintendent oversees all field operations for cold storage construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, driving excellence from start to finish.

• Manage daily field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project milestones.
• Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders.
• Enforce company policies and maintain accurate project documentation.
