Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Class A Office construction projects across the Atlanta construction market. We have had multiple successful placements this year where feedback has been excellent for this general contractor.

  • Oversee all phases of Class A office construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources for construction projects.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
