• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction for big box retail projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and quality control
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct daily site walks, monitor progress, and resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Travel to project sites across the U.S., staying on location for the duration of each build

• Proven experience in ground-up construction of big box retail projects
• Minimum 3-4 years in a superintendent or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and safety standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Physically able to walk and inspect active construction sites daily
• Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods
