Our client is currently looking for a Lead Superintendent to manage large scale construction jobs, all of which are local to the Kansas City area. • Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain timelines.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure quality control by conducting regular site inspections.
• Prepare and submit project reports to management and clients.
• Manage and supervise on-site teams to achieve project goals.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the job site.
• Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure seamless project execution.

• CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA.
• 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects.
• Experience successfully completing jobs $10M - $20M+ in value.
• Strong preference on individuals with project experience that includes Multifamily, Healthcare, and Education.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a must have.
