Job Description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students to join our team as a Paid Summer Interns. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the Landscape Maintenance and Construction Industry. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.



Duties:

Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to discussions Attend meetings and take detailed notes Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing files and preparing documents Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge Provide support in maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to the Landscape/Construction Industry, such as but not limited to - Landscape Management, Operations, Management, Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Contracting, Construction Management

Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This is a paid internship. Those who are interested in and selected for our Construction Management Division will be assigned to out of area projects and will be provided housing in our prearranged Corp housing. Mileage reimbursement for required travel is also issued in accordance with the current IRS established standard mileage rate.



Those interested in a position based out of one of our office locations - like Landscape Maintenance Operations, Design, Estimating, Sales - would not be provided housing and would need to live in an area within a reasonable commute to respective office locations listed below
