We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer!



MacAllister Machinery offers heavy equipment and machinery throughout Indiana and Michigan, and it takes a diverse array of professionals to keep our operation running as smoothly as it does. This internship with Rental Services will provide the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.



The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, event planning, and marketing, and will be responsible for creating visual content that aligns with our brand and resonates with various audiences.



Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials, including digital media promotions, print advertising, trade show materials, and company event graphics. Manage production tasks, such as preparing final designs, checking and approving color, and scaling images for print. Assist in planning and executing marketing and special events. Support facility branding, showroom setup, and decor. Misc. projects as assigned



Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to create simple graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's degree program with an accredited college Currently pursuing a major in advertising, marketing, communication, or related field Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 11th through August)
