The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests\' needs.


This position starts during the week of 2/12/24 with the Spring Training Season ending 3/23/24. Shifts will be on game days with a "typical" shift from 9am - 5pm. (Times do vary depending on game time and attendance*)

High performers could earn up to $20/hr when including pooled tips.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn\xe2\x80\x99t include any potential tipped earnings. Minimum pay rate: $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous front-of-the-house food service experience required
• Available to work Spring Training event/game days
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures
• May be required to work in narrow spaces
