Position Overview

The Suit Specialist I will support the firm's litigation workflow by preparing suit documentation, reviewing client files, and ensuring all case materials meet internal and jurisdictional requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in legal operations, compliance, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

Draft lawsuits and related legal documents under attorney supervision Review and analyze client documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness prior to suit filing Prepare case files for litigation, ensuring compliance with firm standards and state/federal regulations Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information Maintain accurate records in the firm's case management system Assist with other administrative or litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in a law firm, debt collection, or legal support role is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and work in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with computers and data-entry systems; familiarity with legal software is a plus
