The mission of The Way Back is to support men in a residential treatment and recovery center for adult men, in achieving long-term sobriety in a safe, supportive, and structured alcohol/drug-free environment through guidance and education. Our program is designed to pave the way for men to achieve long-term recovery. The SUD Counselor assists men in early recovery regain self-esteem, integrity, and accountability. The Way Back's SUD Counselor reports directly to the clinical director and program manager. SUD counselors are primarily responsible for facilitating individual and group counseling as well as the supervision of participants involved in treatment and recovery services while at The Way Back. The Way Back provides opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
