Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, particularly in customer service and food production. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while overseeing daily operations and staff performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service are maintained. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with food preparation as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations effectively. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and bar operations, including bartending experience is a plus. Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
