Responsibilities

Manage classroom behavior effectively under direct supervision of Lead Teachers to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students Foster positive relationships with students by encouraging participation, curiosity, and social-emotional growth Aid in maintaining classroom routines and ensure smooth transitions between activities to maximize instructional time Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents when necessary to support student progress and well-being

Experience

Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is highly desirable Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies Strong communication skills to collaborate with other co-workers, parents, and support staff effectively

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
