POSITION SUMMARY


The Substance Use Disorder Director will be responsible for overseeing the chemical dependency unit at the facility. They will interact with residents, families, visitors, other facility staff, and community agencies during the admission to, treatment, and discharge from the Chemical Dependency Licensed Treatment facility.



QUALIFICATIONS


Required Experience/Education


Must currently be licensed as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Minnesota.


At least one year of experience treating individuals with substance abuse, or one year of work experience in the management or administration of direct service of individuals with substance abuse.


Preferred Experience/Education


Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.


At least three years of experience in the management or administration of direct service of individuals with substance abuse.
