Recovery House is a regional leader, offering the highest quality inpatient addiction treatment services for adults. We offer a series of structured programs that provide effective, compassionate treatment for individuals dealing with all forms of chemical dependency. These include addiction to alcohol, prescription drugs, heroin, cocaine and other drugs. Recovery House is a multi-program agency that includes a 34-bed, inpatient, medical detox and treatment unit for adults, age 18 and up and a 12-bed, inpatient treatment facility with a lower-intensity level of care.

The Substance Use Counselor functions as a member of the Clinical Services Team, providing screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, and education. Substance Use Counselors utilize evidenced-based best practices to engage and help motivate clients to commit to treatment and to assist clients in identify and problem-solving individual and systemic barriers to treatment. Experience with Substance Use population preferred.
