We are seeking a Full-Time Substance Abuse Counselor for our Warwick, RI location.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 5:30am-1:30pm, Friday 5:30am-11:30am.
The primary role of the counselor will be to provide individual 1:1 counseling, facilitate groups, complete documentation, writing treatment plans, complete screenings, and helping patients achieve their goals.
Excellent documentation skills, ability to multi-task, possess great interpersonal skills, have great time management skills, appropriate boundaries and perform assessments.
Preferred: LCDP (CADC) or workings towards licensure.
