VEHICLE UPGRADE SPECIALIST

!! You will engage our Service Customers and explore the possibilities of upgrading them to a newer model vehicle.


UNIQUE PAY PLANS - SALARY PLUS BONUS! PAID TRAINING!!


UNIQUE HOURS 8AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision. An impressive work-ethic. Professional appearance and conduct. Self-motivated and ability to work in a Team Environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation and presentation skills. Working knowledge of computers. CDK and eLead CRM a plus! Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with Customers, Co-Workers and Vendors! Previous sales experience a plus!

Requirements:

Possess a clean motor vehicle report with an acceptable safe driving record. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
