SAR Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery
